Values were generated through fitting of a three-parameter logistic equation and represent the mean ± S.E. from 5 independent experimental repeats. Statistical significance compared with vector −PTX (RAMP2−PTX for ^z) (***, p < 0.001) was determined by one-way ANOVA with Dunnett's post-test.
