Effect of DEHP and MEHP on early folliculogenesis. Ovaries from CD-1 mice were cultured from PND4 to PND10 with vehicle (DMSO), DEHP (0.2–20 μg/ml; A), or MEHP (0.2–20 μg/ml; B). Following culture, ovaries were processed for histological evaluation of total germ cell and follicle counts.
