Apparent kinetic parameters of recombinant Man134A and Man5C toward β-mannans

Data are the means ± S.D. of three experiments. Recombinant Man134A (1.0 μm) was incubated with β-mannans in 50 mm sodium phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) at 37 °C. Recombinant Man5C (1.0 μm) was incubated with β-mannans in 50 mm sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.0) at 50 °C.
