The black squares and open circles denote the magnetic form factor for δ-Pu as determined by our neutron spectroscopy experiment carried out at room temperature (T = 293 K) and with incident neutron energies E_i = 250 and 500 meV, respectively. The solid and dashed red lines are tabulated magnetic form factors for 5f⁴ and 5f⁵ electronic configurations in the intermediate coupling regime. The dash-dotted red line is a mix of both according to the 5f⁴ and 5f⁵ occupation as determined by RXES (see Table 1). The solid blue line was calculated via DMFT (11).
