Effects of cotransfection of FOXO1 shRNA and HER2 shRNA on the cell migration and invasion of GC cell lines. (A) GC cell lines (SNU-638 and MKN45) were transfected with FOXO1 shRNA (shFOXO1), HER2 shRNA (shHER2) or both shRNAs. The protein expressions of FOXO1, HER2 and β-actin were determined by immunoblot analysis. (B and C) The effects of transfections of shFOXO1, shHER2 or both shRNAs on the cell migration and invasion were analysed 48 h after plating by Transwell migration assay and cell invasion assay.
