Sensitivity of the LAMP and CPA assays using serially diluted genomic DNA with L. monocytogenes strain EGD-e as template. Sensitivity of LAMP (A) and CPA (B) assays for L. monocytognenes detection were observed by 2.5% agarose gel electrophoresis, respectively.
