(a) Total RNA from the cells was subjected to Northern blot analysis for membrane-associated PGES-1 (mPGES-1), cytosolic PGES (cPGES), COX-1, COX-2, and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH).
