IL-17F triggers NFκB signaling in CLL, but not in healthy B cells. a CLL and healthy PBMCs were stimulated with IL-17F (20 ng/ml) or IL-17A (20 ng/ml) for 5 min. Phosphorylation of NFκB p105 was examined on CD19+ B cells by calculating the fold change in mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) for treated cells as compared to untreated cells for each donor sample. Each circular dot represents an individual CLL patient or healthy donor in which there were at least 100 gated CD19+ cells. A similar analysis was performed for ERK (T202/Y204) and Akt (S473) (data not shown). Statistical significance between CLL and healthy was examined by unpaired two-sided Student’s t test (*p < 0.05)
