Cyclopalladated 7a induces chromatin condensation in P. brasiliensis. Pb18 yeast cells were treated with cyclopalladated 7a for 18 h, and chromatin condensation (arrows) was analyzed by fluorescence microscopy after DNA staining with Hoechst 33342.
