(a–e) We quantified the number of CTLA-4, GTIR, CD73 and CD39-positive CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tregs after treatment with S-ESC or S-E+U and or α-TECK for 48 h. (f) After co-culture with ESCs (1 × 10⁵ cells/well) in the presence or absence of α-TECK for 48 h, CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs were co-cultured with CD4⁺CD25⁻T cells at different ratios (2 × 10⁵ cells/well at the following ratios: 0%/100%, 80%/20%, 90%/10%, 95%/5% and 100%/0% CD4⁺CD25⁻ T/CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs).
