Prr14 is upregulated during skeletal muscle differentiation. C2C12 cells were plated in GM. After 24 h, differentiation was stimulated by changing the medium into DM. Cells were harvested at indicated time points and the mRNA and protein level was detected by qRT-PCR (a) and immunoblot (b), respectively. (c) The level of PRR14 protein was quantified. The numbers of relative abundance of both mRNA and protein are showed and presented as the mean±S.D. (n=3).
