Control cells (shSCR) were established as described in Figure 4e. ASM and actin were detected by western blotting analysis. (b) ASM activity was measured by using C6-NBD-SM as substrates. (c) After 24 h of treatment with IL−2(−) or IL-2(+), each protein was detected by immunoblotting.
