In vitro complementation assays of 0.1 µM t7SPm were performed with various concentrations of s7 under native conditions. Time-dependent changes in fluorescence were best fitted to the triple-exponential equation with fixed rate constants derived from the same measurement with 1.8 µM s7 peptide (i.e., k1 = 0.03810, k2 = 0.00630, and k3 = 0.00158). Amplitudes are provided in relative percentage (±SD; n = 2).
