Mangiferin (MA) did not reduce cytotoxicity of etoposide in HL-60 cells. (A) HL-60 cells were pre-incubated with or without 50 μmol/L mangiferin for 4 h, then treated with different concentrations of etoposide for 24 h. (B) HL-60 cells were pre-incubated with different concentrations of mangiferin for 4 h, then treated with 10 μg/mL etoposide for 8 h. (C) HL-60 cells were incubated with different concentrations of mangiferin for 24, 48, or 72 h. HL-60 cells without mangiferin or etoposide treatment were served as control.
