Differences in metabolic hormones in fasting and postprandial conditions between PAC1−/− and WT mice. In fasting conditions, mice were fasted overnight and plasma was withdrawn. In postprandial conditions, mice were fasted overnight and refed for 30 min before plasma was withdrawn.
