Antiproliferative activity on He-La cervical carcinoma. Cells were treated with two different doses of ON, 1 (A) and 10 (B) μM, annealed in K⁺ buffer (see experimental section). The bar NT (Not Treated) reports the cell viability in absence of ON. Cell viability was assayed seven days after addition of ON using the MTT assay. A pool of three different sets of experiments (each repeated in triplicate) was performed, and each value expressed as mean ± Standard Deviation.
