Paraffin-embedded UCB tissues (n = 5) were subjected to three-color immunofluorescence for CD204 (green), CD169 (red), and CD68 (gray), along with a DAPI counterstain (blue). While both CD204+ cells and CD169+ cells are CD68+ Mφs, CD204 and CD169 could colocalize on cells in both intratumoral (INT) and stromal (ST) regions (white arrows). Scale bar, 20 μm.
