Early lethality in homozygous SoxC CKO mice. (A) A graphic representation of the genotype distribution seen at E18.5 shows nearly Mendelian ratios. (B) The corresponding distribution at P0 lacks Sox11 CKO and Sox4 Sox11 CKO animals, suggesting late fetal or early neonatal lethality for these mutants.
