Immunostaining of hESC-derived retinal tissue with BRN3B antibody shows the prominent distribution of BRN3B [+] cells (with acquired RGC fate) in the central part of the section. The large inset represents the magnification of the area marked with an asterisk and a white arrow. The top small inset depicts a migrating BRN3B [+] cell with an elongated nucleus (*). The bottom small inset shows a BRN3B [+] cell with a round nucleus (likely mature BRN3B [+] cell) present in the basal side. Small patches of BRN3B [+] cells were also found in the periphery (**).
