Wild type (WT), β-arrestin2 knockout (β-arr2−/−) and β-arrestin2 heterozygous (β-arr2+/−) mice were fed 3.5% DSS in their drinking water for 6 days to induce colitis and euthanized on day-7. (a) Percentage body weight loss and (b) disease activity index observed over the course of the experiment.
