Fruit intake was assessed with two questions that asked the number of times during the past 7 days that the student drank 100% fruit juice and ate fruit. Vegetable intake assessed with four questions that asked the number of times during the past 7 days that the student ate green salad, carrots, potatoes (not counting French fries, fried potatoes, or potato chips), and other vegetables.
