The solid-green curve shows the results for an equivalent two-band model that has one equivalent Γ conduction band with non-parabolicity factor ξ and one equivalent Γ valence band; that is, the PDOS2NPG model. The dashed-blue curve with long spaces shows the results for an equivalent parabolic two-band model PDOS2 (ξ = 0). The dashed-red curve short spaces shows the results for the four-band PDOS4 model. The Fermi energy is relative to the majority conduction band edge at the Γ symmetry point in the first Brillouin zone.
