The voltage protocol is shown in Figure 5; specific voltage parameters for each Cav channel are presented in Table 3. For each test compound and Cav channel target, three curves are superimposed: TP1 (circles)—the curve generated at the test pulse after the CP, TP3 (triangles)—the curve generated at the first test pulse from the holding potential, and TP32 (inverted triangles)—the curve generated at the last test pulse from the holding potential. IC50 values for the curves are presented in Table 4.
