(A and B) R+G+ stimulates IL-6 production in WT MMs, but not in IL-1-KO MMs. WT and IL-1-KO mice were subjected to 1 h of R+G+ or of R+G-, and then IL-6 mRNA (A) and IL-6 protein (B) in their MMs were measured.
