si-Lin28B inhibited proliferation and cell cycle progression in HepG2 cells. A. The growth curves of HepG2-hbx cells transfected with si-Lin28B or NC were generated using the absorbance from the CCK-8 analysis at the indicated time points. The reduced expression of Lin28B significantly inhibited the growth of HepG2-hbx cells at 48, 72 and 96 h post-transfection. B. HepG2-hbx cells were treated with nocodazole (100 ng/ml) 24 h after the transfection of si-Lin28B or NC, and cell cycle distribution was analyzed 20 h later.
