RACK1 is involved in the regulation of TGF-β1-mediated signaling pathways in KFs. (A) KFs were incubated with overexpression of RACK1 or control for 48 h. Then cells were treated with TGF-β1 (10 ng/ml) for 24 h and subjected to western blot analysis using the antibodies indicated. Quantitative analysis of protein expression levels of p-Smad2 (B) and p-Smad3 (C) using Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software and normalized to GAPDH. Data were expressed as means ± SD.
