There are 48 social norms that make CDDD evolutionarily stable. Note that CDDD only leads to partial cooperation. The other three action rules achieve perfect cooperation except CDCD when used with the social norm where both wild cards are BB. The hypocrite strategy CDDD is robust for a wider range of social norms, but the honest strategy CDCD achieves higher levels of cooperation.
