The genes displayed in the Table have a Highly Consistent association between RNA expression and Gestation (i.e., the RNA expression is significantly (p<0.05) associated with advancing gestation in each of the 3 separate tissue sets).

ΔCT represents the difference in cycle threshold (CT) between the expression of the housekeeping gene Malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and the gene of interest. Each unit of ΔCT represents a 2-fold change in a gene’s mRNA. The more negative the ΔCT, the fewer the number of starting copies of a gene (mRNA).
