Vertical line is the approximate regions of the identified QTLs. QTLs identified by Saliba-Colombani et al. (2001) were indicated by [1] to the end of volatiles; QTLs identified by Tieman et al. (2006) were indicated by adding [2] to the end of volatiles; QTLs identified by Mathieu et al. (2008) were indicated by [3] to the end of volatiles; QTLs identified by Zanor et al. (2009) were indicated by [4] to the end of volatiles. CCD, carotenoid cleavage dioxygenases. CCD1A and CCD1B are two genes from the tomato genome data and were indicated by [5] to the end of genes. In Simkin et al. (2004), these two genes were listed as LeCCD1A and LeCCD1B.
