The antigene activity of agPNAs conjugated with different CPPs was tested in HepG2.2.15 cells. The cells were treated for 5 days, and medium was completely changed on day 3. HBeAg in the supernatant was detected for evaluation of antigene activity (n = 3) on days 3 and 5. Cell viability was determined after CPP-PNA treatment using MTT assays (f).
