SP = cumulative probability of surviving, aexpression level missing for 1 subject, blog-rank (Mantel-Cox) test, ctest for trend, dCox regression analysis performed on 81 subjects with complete data: HR and 95% CI estimated from the final regression model for covariates retained in the model and from the full model for variables removed, and elikelihood ratio test p value.
