Effect of DDP, MTX and RAPA on osteosarcoma cell proliferation. (A) MG63 osteosarcoma cells were infected with miR-126-overexpressing or -silencing lentiviral vectors. The effect of DDP, MTX and RAPA on osteosarcoma cell proliferation was then observed by MTT. (B) U-2 OS osteosarcoma cells were infected with miR-126-overexpressing or -silencing lentiviral vectors.
