Relative expression of miR-34a in prostate cancer tissues and normal prostate tissues were examined by RT-qPCR. The data demonstrates the mRNA expression levels of miR-34a in prostate cancer relative to the normal prostate tissues (n=15, **P<0.001, compared with normal control). All the experiments were performed 3 times independently.
