Intensity distributions from DLS experiment of Norovirus VLPs in PBS media at pH 7.4 containing 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.5% Tween 20. The peaks are visually labelled with the schematic presentations of the types of detected species. Data sets are representative curves from 3 repeated measurements for each of 3 different samples at each concentration. The Norovirus VLPs remain stable and well-dispersed at all Tween 20 concentrations tested.
