Response rates of immunosuppressive therapy (IST) after three and six months according to (A) minor paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) populations and (B) telomere length (TL). The PNH+ patients showed better responses than the PNH-patients. Patients with normal TLs displayed a significantly higher response rate than those with abnormally shorter TLs.
