A) U937 or MV4-11 cells were exposed to the designated concentrations of rapamycin or INK128 for 8 hrs, after which cells were lysed and protein lysates were subjected to Western blot analysis. B–C) Cell growth and viability (B) or Western blot analysis (C) performed in U937 cells following exposure to the indicated agents for 24 hrs or 8 hrs, respectively.
