A, SDS‐PAGE gel and Western blots showed that at ∼3 months old, dysferlin knockout mouse cardiac muscle expressed normal cardiac TnT and cardiac TnI. B, glycerol‐SDS‐gel showed that ventricular muscles of ∼3‐month‐old dysferlin knockout mice expressed exclusively α‐MHC, as that in wild‐type control hearts. Neonatal wild‐type mouse heart expressing both α‐ and β‐MHC was included as control.
