(a) Changes of the hydrogen content and RT resistivity of TiO2 with PH2 upon gas-hydrogenation. An oxygen loss of about 300 ppm is measured for the 0.95 bar gas-hydrogenated rutile TiO2, which is approximately 3 times of the hydrogen content.
