The tree was obtained through neighbour-joining method with bootstrap of 1,000 replicates. The distance was calculated by the transition/transversion rate, Tamura three-parameter method and gamma distribution (distribution parameter gamma = 1). ●: human samples; ▲: arthropod pools.
