Cells were transfected with WT or mutant CFP-tagged PAR4. (A) Total CFP receptor expression was evaluated by immunofluorescence (shown in pale blue). Cells were also stained with DAPI (shown in dark blue) to allow comparison of transfection efficiency. Images are representative of 3 independent experiments. (B) Transfection efficiency was quantified by calculating percentage of DAPI-stained cells that were CFP positive. Data represents mean±SEM, n = 3.
