Functional analysis of Xenopus oocytes coinjected with UT-A2 and UT-A2c. [14C]urea (34 μM) uptake in oocytes injected with H2O, UT-A2 cRNA alone (15 or 25 ng), or UT-A2c cRNA coinjected with UT-A2 cRNA (35 ng UT-A2c with 15 ng UT-A2; 25 ng each of UT-A2c and UT-A2) is shown.
