Pharmacological blockade of Per1 nuclear entry results in decreased membrane and intracellular protein expression of NHE3 and SGLT1 in HK-2 cells. Membrane and intracellular extracts were collected from HK-2 cells treated with 10 μM of the CK1δ/ε inhibitor PF670462 or water for 24 h. Western blot analysis was performed using anti-NHE3 (∼85 kDa; A), anti-SGLT1 (∼75 kDa; B) or anti-β-actin (∼42 kDa) antibodies as a loading control.
