(A) HEK-293T cells were transfected with a H1R coding plasmid and co-transfected or not with Gαtransducin and were subjected to 100 μM histamine treatment for 10 minutes. A cropped section of the membrane ranging from 40 to 60 kDa (upper panel) or 30 to 40 kDa (lower panel) of a representative experiment is shown.
