Transient gene silencing reduces SIGIRR expression in T24 and 5637 cells. Cells were transfected with SIGIRR and negative control siRNA in transfection reagents. Efficiencies of SIGIRR siRNA for target gene expression knock-down in cells were evaluated by real-time PCR (a) and Western blot (b).
