Representative plots showing forward scatter v. pHrodo fluorescence for gated macrophage populations from wild type, Axl^−/−, Mertk^−/−, and Axl^−/−Mertk^−/− mice in the absence (-Gas6) or presence (+Gas6) of 11 nM Gas6.
