Dkk1 mRNA expression regulation. (a) Exposure to Dex induces persistent upregulation of Dkk1 in proliferating NSCs (P1 and D3), as well as in spontaneously differentiating NSCs (Diff). (b) Tet3 knockdown by siRNA (siTet3) reduced the constitutive expression and blocks the Dex-induced upregulation of Dkk1. The amount of target genes was normalized to Hprt and the relative increase was calculated as 2^−ΔΔCr.
