Renal infiltrating T cells are significantly decreased in MRL/lpr Fli1+/− mice. CD3+ T cells and indicated subsets gated on CD3+ cells, from kidneys of 14–16 week-old MRL/lpr Fli1+/+ and Fli1+/− mice were quantified by flow cytometry.
