RelA binds FOXO3 near the transactivation domain. HEK 293T cells were cotransfected with full-length FOXO3 (FL) or a truncated mutant of FOXO3 and RelA. Lysates were tested for (A) coimmunoprecipitation and (B) NF-κB RelA reporter responses upon recombinant human IL-6 stimulation by luciferase detection.
