Regional grey matter volume differences between SUDEP and people at high risk and controls. (A) SUDEP cases show increased grey matter volume in the right hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus compared to healthy subjects. (B) Similarly to SUDEP cases, subjects at high risk show increased grey matter volume in the right hippocampus and parahippocampal gyrus compared to healthy controls.
