Our standard exposure is to have one view of all limits of the sphenoid cavity on view. The technique described is not a limited access. The floor is exposed by removal of rostrum and drill to ensure that a straight suction can easily reach the lowest point (A), which allows easy freedom of movement for the surgeon during bimanual dissection (B).
